• allowed to become imaginal and then the more that pothos and the eros wants it gets more by the virtue of the
• getting my uh satisfying my craving eros this this um wanting more can either go into

• rejection just as soon as i have the eros and this person it becomes alive for me as an erotic imaginal other

• the devotion where there's devotion there's eros where this eros is devotion again this might not be so obvious at
• um my experience of devotion let me explore my experience of eros or as i said just in the imaginal here's an
• out i start to notice oh there's devotion here oh there's eros here um and then i i trust that and then
• just what i just said the devotion is where there's devotion there's eros where there's eros if we get interested
• where there's devotion there's eros where there's eros if we get interested in it and don't get in its way and allow

• element or aspect or node so eros is very important in distinction to craving i said craving is a
• limits uh and contracts the possibility for soulmaking eros is more of an opening and and it opens all the
• uh beautiful quality where where there is eros and where there's the imaginal
• humility becomes an imaginal um object and an object of eros we start to have an erotic relationship with the
• grow and develop and then once it becomes itself an an object of eros once itself it itself becomes imaginal

• question of where eros is directed to in our lives and on the part of the whole exploration of

• unfabricated um nor does the um the eros just accept one-dimensionality
• cutting off the movement of the potos the movement of the eros of the more and so being accepting just what is
• what is the relationship as i said with eros and life if you like how is eros directing itself in relationship to life
• um eros you know um but it's coming actually out of
• know if we're really going to open to body and soul and sexuality and eros as a field of divinity and the world and
• um three directions and inclinations how does the eros work there where does it go and as i said at the beginning
• go and as i said at the beginning what is the movement of eros on the path or for the path and for awakening in if

• some attenuation of grasping and some eros as well will preserve and even you know the
• you know explore all this imaginal stuff and open up the eros and um but it might be that right now that's
• the skillful sense contact is is is is um is is not to open up more eros is is the fire is already raging and and
• increases equanimity so we talk a lot about eros and fire and and all this but don't overlook the fact that this
• but also discern between um eros and craving and here again it's like the kind of

• or if it is rather the case that eros is always always alive but part of it

• um oh well um it's you know eros is connected with image and fantasy
• um or there's craving and then i can transform that into into eros yeah so you don't have to worry about like all
• you don't have to worry about like all the time there needs to be this eros or whatever
• whole imaginal thing and and with that eros yeah um i was gonna say something else um
• but also we can we can look for eros eros is present where we love where something is meaningful to us
• appreciation or whatever or the love or the dedication and there will be eros is connected with with all that in
• more subtle manifestations of euros so eros can be like raging you know or really really

• um and without the expansion of cycling logos then the the eros and the pothos can only expand outwards horizontally at

• than that it won't just be that mild eros for life in the world in a kind of abhorrence for a beyond a transcendent
• desires as i said when when the eros is allowed to get in to stimulate and then get
• um but it's also possible that there's eros as i said for the unfabricated and then there's that particular kind of
• part of what we've talked about as part of what the eros will create and discover there's always a beyond
• relationship and coupling it's with us there's the eros both ways there's the togetherness but we never become it
