What is this?

Awakening is an experiential process of realizing a greater sense of reality and our capacity to live in connection with deeper dimensions of meaning and truth. As our capacity to be present expands, we come to recognize the unity of our experience which is the meeting ground of all that is seen and unseen. We gradually discover the patterns of hidden meaning that permeate human experience and come into balance and harmony with our inherent nature. In awakening, we journey out of the limitations of our ordinary consciousness and into the vastness of a fuller knowing of life.
