What is this?

Insight practice is a spiritual path of unfolding into understanding oneself and reality through mindful inquiry. Drawing from the ancient wisdom of the Buddhadhamma, insight practice focuses on creating a non-judgemental awareness of one’s thoughts, emotions, and sensations, in order to observe them as temporary and not to be held onto. This awareness provides insight into the underlying causes of one’s experience and how to cultivate compassionate understanding. By engaging with the paths of both wisdom and compassion, insight practice can be used to provide a foundation for a more fulfilling and meaningful life, bringing skilful presence to all aspects of our day-to-day lives.
