What is this?

Reality is the underlying unified experience of the perceived phenomena presented to us. It is the interplay between our understanding of the world and the sensory information we receive, integrated into our considered judgement. It is not a single abstract concept or object, but a complex weaving of the subjective and objective, the seen and unseen, the felt and the reasoned. A reality is created through a constantly shifting interplay of the physical environment and our cognition, emotions, and imagination; an ever-changing cycle of acknowledgement, understanding, and adaptation of life’s experiences.
