What is this?

The left hemisphere is a region of the brain with a specialized set of functions and capabilities. It is densely interconnected and plays a role in selectively processing information, both through its neural networks and cognitive capacities. Acting to create structure and order, it is responsible for abstract thought and logical reasoning, the focus and analysis of specific parts, and carrying out the steps necessary to achieve a target. In addition, it initiates language production and its control, while processessing language and nonverbal cues in the world around us. This hemisphere is intrinsically connected to action in the environment and closely linked to our sense of self.
