What is this?

Mental health refers to the psychological and emotional well-being of an individual. It is closely related to their sense of purpose, resilience and capacity to cope with life’s challenges; hence its important role in how we think and feel, how we interact with one another, and how we make decisions in our lives. Mental health is also dynamic: it can fluctuate from day-to-day or as our circumstances evolve, and can be subject to a range of dynamics including our personal strengths and life experiences, as well as individual and social determinants of mental health such as income, environment, education and access to health services.
