What is this?

Ultimate truth is an experiential state of realised emptiness that can be approached through contemplative practice. It is a common thread in the major classical spiritual traditions, used refer to the supreme reality that can be realised only by deep spiritual insight beyond the limits of ordinary logical thought. Ultimate truth is not an idea or a concept, but rather a direct knowledge of the interconnected nature of everything that exists. The result of this realisation is liberation from suffering and a state of peace and joy that arises when one is liberated from attachment to any particular point of view.
