What is this?

A neural network is an artificial system modelled to resemble the biological neural networks of the brain. It is composed of interconnected processing elements (neurons) which transfer and process information through a series of weight-adjusted patterns and functions. Neural networks are capable of learning from input, either from external stimuli or from their previous experiences, to generate outputs that may be applicable to the given input and enable more accurate decisions and predictions about possible outcomes in the future.
