What is this?

Life is an emergent phenomenon, arising from a complex web of interconnected events, systems, and structures. Life is not reducible to any one component within the web; rather, it is the ongoing emergence from that web that makes life itself. It is inextricably linked to its environment, for it is through environmental factors that life is sustained and continues its natural growth and evolution. Life is marked by its dynamism, adaptation, adaptation, and complexity – in short, it is an ever-shifting and organic process. Life is multi-faceted and includes physical, mental, spiritual and social conditions. It is this unique ability to respond to and interact with its environment, both physically and emotionally, that makes life so remarkable and so worth understanding.
