What is this?

A mystical tradition is a spiritual practice or lifestyle that has been passed down in various cultures and civilizations throughout history. It involves exploring the relationship between the divine and the physical, often through meditation and contemplation. Mystical traditions emphasize inner knowledge, intuitive insight and direct experience of the Divine, often focused on a specific discipline such as Sufism, Kabbalah, Taoism, Buddhism and Mysticism. The end goal is the realization of unity, liberation and illumination, leading to an enhanced understanding of the nature of reality, a state of oneness and connection with the divine that is beyond a simple intellectual understanding.
